XBRL filing with MCA

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) made it mandatory to file the financial statement in XBRL format to the following companies from 2010-11:

  1. All Listed Companies and its subsidiaries
  2. Companies with paid capital of Rs.5 Crores or more
  3. Companies having turnover of Rs.100 Crores or more
